Was It Really Celiac?

Based on the results of blood tests (ENDOMYSIAL Ab) that I received yesterday, I do not have celiac. However, because I have been feeling so bad during the past few months (those of you that know me from my previous posts as markr), I made the decision 2 weeks ago to switch to a gluten free diet. This has made such a dramatic difference for me. I feel so much better, and the switch has been easy. Once you are used to eating a sugar free vegetarian diet for some many years, whats the big deal of adding gluten free foods? Plus there are so many web sites that are available that contain recipes that I can use.
I will keep you posted as to how I am doing.
