Because you mentioned stress and your jaw, are you familiar with TMJ?

My daughter had this, we took her to our DDS, he designed a special plastic retainer for her to wear at night, and it really helped her.

Got my labs back today....

nada. I'm fine. I guess I'm relieved, but I was kinda hoping it was something simple like you are anemic so I could fix this exhaustion. Stupid stress.

My A1c went up, but I forgot to ask what exactly it was.....i'm such an idiot. I was expecting it to go up so whatever.

Well good to hear you are fine. Sounds like you need to have a pedi/mani and you will be just fine.

Better then being forgetful then a lot of other things. If you want, I can call your lab and find out what your A1C is.

Jill, I hope you feel better! I just read somwhere that a hypo thyroid can do this and I know my endocrinoligis keeps a close watch on that as can be effected by diabetes. Perhaps a thyroid check by a doctor specialist you trust? Good Luck.

Jill, sorry I'm so late on this one, there aren't enough hours in the day at the moment. Given what you are going through I really don't think it's surprising how you are feeling. I would hazard a guess at your diet, if you don't feel up to eating properly, a vitamin supplement may be a good idea. I know for me, if I don't eat a varied diet with plenty of fruit and veg, I feel really sluggish and tired. Hope you feel better soon.
