I'm really sick

Started vomiting Thursday night.
Quit that Friday, but the only thing that doesn't make me nauseus is hot water.
Diet 7-up or pepsi was awful. All of a sudden I have a real aversion to the aftertaste of the diet stuff. Had a tiny bowl of oatmeal yesterday, and a piece of toast and about a 1/4 cup of soup. Today some marionberry pie. Again about 1/4 cup.
That's it since Thursday lunch.
Great for the weight loss program, but not for anything else.
My sugars are high for me, but not dangerous levels. I don't think they've been over 130. (I'm T-2 Diabetic.)
Any ideas for food that will stay down and sit still? It's been years since I ve dealt with this and I cant remember!

I was actively sick Thursday night and Friday morning. It's still really hard to eat. I'm having to force myself. I was getting adjusted to a much lower amount of food with the Byetta, and then getting sick and not eating for 2 days seems to have shut down any desire to eat. But I've been forcing it down. It's almost like some sort of clinical anorexia. (no insult intended to those with this awful disease) I hope I can feel somewhat normal again soon.

Thank you, yes. Took a good long while to bounce back, but I did at last.
