What I Take For Diabetes

My Ac1 has gone from 8 to 6.2 This is what I take
Alpha Licpoic acid
Chromium Picolinate
Glucomannan
Cinnamon
Metformin

Is it safe to assume you also watch what you eat and get a little bit of exercise?
