Sad natural cures for heartburn(indigestion)

Help need a natural cure. I am pregnant and going bonkers with heartburn help.

No chocolate for an hour or two before bedtime. Actually, no anything.
Camomille (sp?) tea is good.
I learned recently (when I had the stomach flu bad) that cold water aids digestion. Maybe that would help a little.
Soda crackers. (Saltines.)
Maybe you should log it like us "D" folks log our bgs. Narrow down possible causes. Other than being preggers, of course. lol How far along are you now?

17 weeks. Have pretty much got it narrowed down to tomatoes.
