It's great to see so many familiar faces - well, names - and some new ones too. Some of you may know me from DD as a 36-year-old dolphin from Australia, but I decided to go with these cute babies over here (if my avatar doesn't work, just imagine baby emperor penguins). Apart from T2 diabetes, I have high blood pressure and cholesterol, depression and anxiety, sleep apnoea, allergies, IBS, chronic sinusitis and a high frequency hearing impairment. I could also stand to lose quite a bit of weight - something I am currently working on (again) and which would greatly relieve some of my problems. Anyway, other than those few things, I am perfectly fit and healthy!
The new site looks really good.
