HI! I'm t-2 as well, losing weight, 50 years old. Menu planning has been a challenge, but I'm getting better at it. I don't have a big family, just me and hubby. but on Sunday I like to cook enough for the week. Stir fry is really good, and you can use spices to make it different every time. Do you like hot/spicy food? I like to cook chicken in Mexican salsa. My bod seems to like beans, I don't go high. So 3-bean salad, refries, bean&ham soup. Also, veg/beef soup from scratch is WAY good. Low fat low carb. Yummy! It's a family favorite literally for generations in my family.
Well, it's nice to meet you! We can exchange recipes!

Hi Sharlen,

Just an idea to start with. Put a chicken in the crockpot.... load up the veggies and let it cook all day. Yummy dinner and feeds and army!
