Pros & Cons of Massage v. Chiropractor

I would be interested in knowing the pros vs the cons of massage and chiropractics. I have heard numerous theories on which works better for let's say chronic headaches, chronic stiff necks, pinched nerves etc.

Chiropractic and massage actually work incredibly well when used together, particularly for chronic ailments. Chiropractors work with bones and the spine while massage therapists work on the soft tissue issues. Nerve impingements can be caused by either a bone OR a muscle putting pressure on a nerve, so fixing that would depend on the client. Muscle moves bone, so it is ideal to get adjusted by a chiro to get the spine aligned properly and then get a massage to get the muscles to stop pulling the bones out of alignment. As for which works better, it really depends on the client and what issues they have. Chronic headaches, stiff necks and nerve impingement all can be treated by both massage and adjustments. If you already have a massage therapist you like, see if they have any recommendations for a chiro.
