Menopause Remedies That Work

What remedies have people used that have worked?I tried Soya products which helped for a short while.

I use a supplement called "HOT FLASH"
I'm not at home right now, but tonight I'll get the info off the bottle and get it to you.
It's fabulous. On the label it says it can take a couple weeks to start working, but I noticed it in about 2 days. The bad thing about it is that they're these huge horse pills. I hate taking those big ones. Afraid I'll choke to death.

I've been sweating for about 3 years.
Not soon enough!

I am unable to take HRT's of any kind...None of them worked for me, and I tried about 7 different ones...
When I worked in the Pharmacy a Pharm. told me some people they just don't work for...
I just 'tough' it out...My poor poor hubby all bundeled up and I have a fan and the window above our bed cracked...

I used to take Motherwort but now am trying Agnus Castus

Mind you they used to give Agnus Castus to monks to calm them down

And evening primrose oil

I was having hot flashes only for about 4 months. Last period was in April - I stopped eating meat. Surprisingly my hot flashes stopped completely. Maybe it's all the hormones they pump into the animals. Who Knows!!! All I know is I haven't had another one since. Thanks Suzy

ya, i had the hot flashes for the better part of 8 years............

once you are thru it, it doesn't seem that bad anymore
