Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

I am planning to start EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) psychotherapy very shortly in dealing with anxiety issues. I would like to know if there are others who have tried this method and the results you achieved.

Too funny, I just responded to you over on DD. Please keep me updated on this, as my dh's PTSD is really stressing our relationship, and I understand this therapy has been used for it.
Thank you!

I had my fist session last week, but because I was given the wrong medication when I was in the hospital recently due to chest pains, as well as a previous medical condition I have, I will not be using EMDR. If you are interested, I am attaching a link to the Stress Center where I am receiving therapy - http://icspc.telhai.ac.il/main.html. I was planning to go tomorrow, but it is supposed to snow!
