What does a dislocated rib feel like?

Has anyone experienced a dislocated rib during pregnany? I had never heard about this until recently when I was complaining about rib pain. I always seem to have this burning/pressure feeling in the lower portion of my ribs. I don't remember this from my last pregnancy. Sure I remember the discomfort but not the way this feels.

Any ideas?

I read Jenny McCarthy's book, Belly Laughs and she talks about a dislocated rib during pregnancy. That's all I can offer for the time being :)

When I was preggers, about a gazillion years ago, I had a really sore spot, achy and sharp, on my ribcage directly below my nipple about 3 inches. I was told the placenta was pinching a nerve there. I believe it, as I still feel just the tiniest bit numb there, 30 years later. It feels like novocaine almost worn off.
Another pain I had was when I spent the night on my cousin's water bed, far advanced in pregnancy, and the bed didn't support my belly well enough. I actually had a pulled muscle on the opposite side from the one I was sleeping on. Hurt like hell, scared the hell outa me, altogether a rather hellish incident.

THAT'S IT! It's numb too! I thought I was crazy! It sort of feels numb too though! It only feels this way half way through the day until I am in bed laying flat. Then I feel relief. That is a good answer Becky! I am putting it on my "List" for my next appt. It's very annoying!

Weirdest thing is that 1) I got a tiny "liver spot" there and 2) my son was born with a tiny liver spot in the same place.
...........we'll never know, ya know?
