Not as bad as i thought

I am down 0.2 lbs. So pleased. Thought I would be up 20 lbs.

I'm certainly not as surprised as you! I knew you could do it...

Well done again, Kris! I had a similar surprise when I weighed in on Saturday too. I was feeling sick with a cold this week, did not exercise and ate more than I should have, but still somehow managed to lose 400g (about 0.88 of a pound)! I was so proud of myself tonight. We went out to dinner and I had my mum's partner (who also has diabetes and should know better) hassling me to eat half of his pavlova dessert (it's a base of beaten egg whites and sugar topped with cream and fruit and is one of my favourite desserts) so I had one tiny bite which was mostly a strawberry and refused to have any more. If only I could be so strong all the time!

Congrats on the accomplishment.
