Tess, that is a great start. Not everyone drops 10 lbs the first week. I only lost about 0.5 lbs a week. And I dont even use my extra points. All of our bodies are different, so we all lose weight at different rates. The best thing is to take it slow and do it right so you do not develop medical problems because of going to fast, like my sister did.
